ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) real estate

In France, the real estate advisory office of the company BOURDAIS and the SCIC group, real estate subsidiary of CAISSE DES DEPOTS-DEVELOPMENT, have created a joint venture named GFF-BOURDAIS. It will regroup the real estate asset administration activities of the SCIC company and those of BOURDAIS GERANCE. The new entity will be 60% held by GFF, a subsidiary of SCIC, and 40% by BOURDAIS.
