ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) oil

The Algerian hydro-fuel company SONATRACH and Spanish oil company CEPSA are to found a joint-venture responsible for studying the possibility of building a new gas pipeline between Algeria and Europe. The new company will have a start-up capital of $500,000 and be held equally by both partners.
