Brussels, 20/07/2000 (Agence Europe) - In accordance with the accelerated programme of the French Presidency, the Intergovernmental Conference (IGC) on institutional reform will meet on Monday next, 24 July, in conclave at ministerial level to discuss all four subjects under negotiations: the three Amsterdam "leftovers", i.e., the European Commission, the weighting of votes in Council and qualified majority voting; b) the topic added by the Feira Summit, i.e., enhanced cooperation.
