Commission authorises acquisition of WF Electrical by hagemeyer

Brussels, 18/07/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission had no objections to the acquisition of WF Electrical Plc by Hagemeyer Ltd, a subsidiary of the Dutch company Hagemeyer NV. Active in the production of industrial products, notably electrical products, this company is mainly present under the following names: Newey & Eyre in England and Wales, Ross Electrical in Scotland and Dunlop & Hamilton in Northern Ireland.
