CHRONOPOST (annual turnover EUR 545 million with some 44 million of despatches annually) has acquired a 33% stake in the capital of TBC HALBART EXPRESS of which it already held the balance of 66%. The entity will henceforth be called CHRONOPOST INTERNATIONAL BELGIUM.
