The industrial bakery group KAMPS (turnover DM 820.8 million in 1999) is to acquire 49% of the capital of the French company HARRY'S (turnover EUR 460 million expected for 2000) from the Belgian holding company ARTAL. The agreement provides for the possibility for KAMPs to acquire the remainder in three years.
