Ministerial level accession negotiation meetings with the twelve applicant countries - Agriculture negotiations open with "Luxembourg group" countries

Luxembourg, 13/06/2000 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday (14 June), a new round of meetings at Foreign Minister level will be held in Luxembourg, between the EU and eleven of the twelve applicant countries: Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Slovenia, Romania, Bulgaria and Malta. The meeting with Cyprus, the twelfth applicant, was held on Tuesday evening (EUROPE will be back with details on all the meetings in tomorrow's bulletin).
