ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) construction

American OWENS CORNING (construction materials systems, $5 billion in annual turnover with 20,000 employed) and Swiss ALCOPOR HOLDING (insulation systems on expanded polystyrene base, CHF 250 million in annual turnover) have formed a joint venture called ALCOPOR OWENS CORNING EUROPE. Switzerland will be the majority shareholder.
