Paris, 13/06/2000 (Agence Europe) - The WEU Assembly, as we have previously indicated (see EUROPE of 10 June, p.4), last week in Paris, approved its transformation into a "WEU Assembly-European interim Security and Defence Assembly (ESDA) and formed a Piloting committee responsible for its establishment, made up of the Presidents of the WEU Assembly from the 28 national political group delegations.
