Council notes progress in Bosnia-Herzegovina and expresses concern about events in Serbia

Brussels, 23/05/2000 (Agence Europe) - After its discussion, on Monday, on the situation in the Western Balkans, the General Affairs Council adopted two declarations on Bosnia-Herzegovina and on Serbia, that we shall be publishing in full in EUROPE/Documents.

The declaration on the conference for implementation of peace in Bosnia-Herzegovina (which meets on 23 and 24 May) stresses the substantial progress made five years after the Dayton Agreements, and stresses that, if the Conference...
