WORMS & CIE has officially announced the launch of a public takeover bid on 100% of Britain's AWA -ARJO WIGGINS APPLETON-, at 255 pence per share, valuing AWA at GBP 2.19 billion. WORMS already owns 40% of the British group. See EI of 18 May.
