The British communications group CARLTON has announced that it is paying USD 93.3 million for SCREENVISION (turnover of USD 40.3 million in 1999), number one in cinema advertising. This acquisition will complement the activities of CARLTON SCREEN ADVERTISING, CARLTON's subsidiary in this area.
