ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) oil

TOTALFINAELF has signed an agreement for the sale to ALON ISRAEL of certain of its assets in the United States. The transaction concerns the BIG SPRINGS refinery (Texas) and its logistics network, along with some 1,700 service stations that make up the Fina network. Analysts estimate the assets to be worth between USD 300 and 400 million.
