ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) software

ARINSO INTERNATIONAL, the Belgian human resources specialist, has bought Italy's SAP HUMAN RESOURCES (turnover of EUR 3.5 million in 1999), a division of O-GROUP TECHNOLOGY (business software), which is itself a subsidiary of the Netherlands' GETRONICS, active in human resource applications. The transaction is worth around EUR 3.5 million.
