Brussels, 05/04/2000 (Agence Europe) - During its session next week in Strasbourg, the European Parliament will discuss, on Tuesday, Commission discharge for implementation of the 1998 budget, for which the Committee on Budgetary Control proposes deferral until certain conditions have been met (see EUROPE of 24 March, p.15 for the summary of the Stauner Report, and EUROPE of 1 April, p.13, for the Kuhne Report on discharge for budget execution by the Parliament).
