ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) energy

The Italian group ITALCOGIM (methane gas distribution) has taken over the Italian activities of WASTE MANAGEMENT for over $ 50 million. Through this acquisition, ITALCOGIM will have a turnover of some 1,200 bn lira with 3,500 employees. WASTE MANAGEMENT ITALI has an annual turnover of 500 bn lira.
