The British packaging group REXAM has announced the sale of its printing activities to its compatriot JOHN MANSFIELD for £85 million. The assets sold are BOWATER SECURITY PRODUCTS (printing of bank cheques), BOWATER BUSINESS FORMS, BROADPRINT (printing of advertising mail) and REXAM ENVELOPES.
