GROUPE BOURBON (Island of Reunion) has taken a 22.8% stake in its subsidiary VINMEDIA held by the West Indian distributor PRIMISTERES REYNOIRD. This transaction takes to 80% GROUPE BOURBON's stake in its distribution branch.
