Brussels, 05/04/2000 (Agence Europe) - A delegation of the Russian Space Agency met Commissioner Loyola de Palacio last week to discuss EU-Russia negotiations on cooperation over Galileo, the future European worldwide satellite navigation system. For Mr. Medevedtchikov, Deputy Director General of the Russian Agency, heading the delegation, it is "too soon to stipulate Russia's level of participation", especially regarding any financial contribution.
