ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) agricultural machinery

Norway's KVERNELAND has taken a 100% stake in GREGOIRE SA (FF 239 million turnover with 130 employees), specialised in harvesting equipment. World leader in agricultural equipment, KVERNELAND had a turnover of FF 3.2 bn in 1999, employs 3,800 people and has 14 industrial locations in Europe. With this operation, it now employs 580 people in France for a turnover of FF 900 million.
