EUR 95 million loan to Fiat subsidiaries FMA and Teksid

Luxembourg, 06/03/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Investment Bank granted a loan of EUR 95 million to Fabbrica Motori Automobilistici (FMA, Fiat subsidiary) and to Teksid (66.5% owned by Fiat and the remainder by Renault). This loan to aimed at the modernisation of the production facilities for the manufacturing of a new generation of diesel engines in the Pratola Serra factory, in the province of Avellino as well as towards the modernising and extending of the Crescentino plant, in the...
