The Herman group MG - METALLGESELSCHAFT (chemical, engineering) has sold its subsidiary KESSLER + LUCH (annual turnover in 1998/99 of some 146 million euro, with a workforce of 740), active in the refrigeration and air-condition sector, to the German industrial group THYSSENKRUPP, for an undisclosed amount.
