ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) office equipment

GUILBERT (French group PPR - PINAULT-PRINTEMPS-REDOUTE), specialised in office equipment, has taken over the German group HUTTER (77 million euro turnover in 1999) for an undisclosed amount. Thanks to this purchase, GUILBERT will become Germany's number two supplier of office equipment with over two million euro turnover in the country.
