Brussels, 14/01/2000 (Agence Europe) - As announced in yesterday's EUROPE, p.12, the European Commission has taken different initiatives against three Member States for infringement of Community public procurement rules: either for incorrect transposition of a directive, or for non-application to certain markets of open and competitive conditions. The infringement proceedings are at different stages, either that of reasoned opinion, or action at the Court of Justice.
