ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) automobile equipment

Belgian chemicals group SOLVAY and French PLASTIC OMNIUM are to pool their automobile fuel systems activities in a new venture held equally. With a turnover close to EUR 800 million, the new undertaking should become the world leader for fuel systems with 3,000 employed in some thirty sites and fifty countries.
