Vienna, 14/01/2000 (Agence Europe) - The OSCE, chaired by Austria since 1 January, set its priorities for the year 2000 on Thursday. Among them, we find assistance for the return of 7.5 million refugees in Europe, a political outcome to the Chechen conflict and the organisation of elections in Kosovo, whose cost is estimated in the order of $10 to 15 million.
