Permanent forum for civil society and Fourth World European Committee present their proposals for Charter of fundamental rights

Brussels, 14/01/2000 (Agence Europe) - In sight of the European Council of Nice (next December) the Permanent Forum for civil society mobilised its forces so that, on the one hand, the Charter of fundamental rights becomes by the end of 2000, the main EU axis (covering all human rights). On the other hand, so that he drawing up of the Charter is the result of a process in which the European citizens a significantly involved.
