Air passenger rights – negotiations between EU Council and European Parliament will resume on 23 March

The Cyprus Presidency of the Council of the EU updated the Member States’ representatives to the EU (Coreper) on air passenger rights on Wednesday 25 February.

In January, the European Parliament adopted its position at second reading and set up a conciliation committee (see EUROPE B13796A13). The European Parliament will send its position to the Council on Monday 9 March.
