25/02/2026 (Agence Europe) – On Wednesday 25 February, the European Commission announced that it had adopted a proposal for the EU to become a founding member of the International Claims Commission, the body responsible for ensuring that victims of Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine are compensated.
