Poland ordered to comply with Court of Justice judgment on forest management plans

30/01/26 (Agence Europe) – On Friday 30 January, the European Commission decided to send a letter of formal notice to Poland, taking the view that this Member State has not complied with the judgment (https://aeur.eu/f/ki7) of the Court of Justice of the EU of 2 March 2023 (see EUROPE B13133A23).
