European Commission releases funds from EU Solidarity Fund

Brussels, 08/12/2025 (Agence Europe) – On Monday 8 December, the European Commission announced that it had paid out €108 million from the EU Solidarity Fund to help Poland and Austria recover from the floods in autumn 2024. Austria will receive €32 million, in addition to an advance payment of €10 million obtained in April, while Poland will receive €76 million.
