European Parliament/EU Council discussions on EU’s Generalised Scheme of Preferences resume

The Danish Presidency of the EU Council is seeking to reach an agreement with the European Parliament on the regulation revising the Generalised Scheme of Preferences (GSP). The Commission’s proposal dates back to 2021, but has been blocked in inter-institutional negotiations for several years.
