Andrzej Domański believes EU countries may reach agreement in May on ‘SAFE’ loan instrument designed to increase military spending

On Tuesday 13 May, the Polish Finance Minister, Andrzej Domański, hoped that the Council of the European Union would be able to reach an agreement in “May” on the proposal to set up the ‘SAFE’ instrument, which will grant loans of up to €150 billion to countries that request it.
