ACER believes Czech Republic’s gas transmission pricing methodology meets EU requirements

16/04/2025 (Agence Europe) – The Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER) assessed on Tuesday 15 April, in its report on Czech gas transmission tariffs for the Energetický regulační úřad, the Czech National Regulatory Authority (NRA), that the proposed reference price methodology largely complies with the requirements of the binding EU Network Code on harmonised transmission tariff structures.
