EU advise leaders of Member States and Balkan countries against travelling to Moscow for 9 May celebrations

The issue of the Western Balkans and their rapprochement with the EU was a further item on the agenda of the meeting of European foreign ministers held in Luxembourg on Monday 14 April (see other news).
