EU welcomes release of Johan Floderus

17/06/24 (Agence Europe) – The presidents of the European Council, Charles Michel, European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, and European Parliament, Roberta Metsola, as well as the High Representative of the Union, Josep Borrell, and Commissioner for Home Affairs Ylva Johansson welcomed the release of Swedish European official Johan Floderus and his compatriot Saeed Azizi on X on 15 June (see EUROPE B13311A7). The European leaders praised Sweden for its work in securing these releases....
