European Commission gives green light to Spanish measure worth €1.1 billion to support energy transition

On Tuesday 14 May, the European Commission announced that it had approved a Spanish aid measure (SA.113231), notified under the Temporary Crisis and Transition Framework and with a budget of €1.1 billion, to support investment in the production of equipment needed to foster the transition to a net-zero emissions economy in strategic sectors in the region of Asturias.
