Digital platform workers, despite absence of revised mandate, Belgian Presidency of EU Council will seek solutions with European Parliament on 8 February

The Member States did not grant, on Wednesday 7 February, a revised mandate to the Belgian Presidency of the EU Council on the proposal for a directive on digital platform workers, with a handful of them refusing at this stage to approve the text submitted, based on the joint text negotiated with the European Parliament (see EUROPE B13344A19).
