EU Agency for Fundamental Rights highlights diversity of national systems and calls for greater child protection collaboration

On 31 January, the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights published a detailed analysis of child protection systems in the Member States, highlighting the diversity of legislative frameworks, responsibilities and services in the Member States.

This mapping, based on data from 2023, provides an overview of recent developments and the current state of these systems, reflecting their evolution since the first edition was produced in 2015.
