29/09/2006 (Agence Europe) - Andrew Duff (ALDE, UK) has issued a press release in which he welcomes the appeal by Abdullah Öcalan to his party, the PKK, for a ceasefire in Turkey. "The Turkish government and the armed forces must now respond positively to this change in situation", said Mr Duff.
