French company JCDECAUX (EUR 1.7 bn turnover in 2005) and Czech company BIGBOARD are to create a joint company called BIGBOARD BV to jointly invest in Russia and the Ukraine. The Czech company will hold 60% of the new company and the French company will hold the remaining 40% (an investment of EUR 40.7 mil). JCDECAUX has bought up German communications company VVR-BEREK (EUR 27 mil turnover in 2005, workforce of 83) for EUR 130 million.
