ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) automobiles

Sweden's VOLVO is to buy the remaining 6% stake held by Japanese car manufacturer NISSAN MOTOR in truck manufacturer NISSAN DIESEL for EUR 54 million. This will make Volvo the biggest shareholder with a 46.5% stake.
