French IT company APX SYNSTAR (turnover of more than EUR 200 mil forecast for 2006) is to buy most of the French business of Dutch IT services provider GETRONICS. It is to buy 67% of GETRONICS's French subsidiary in return for selling GETRONICS its Belgian business (turnover estimated at EUR 3 million). GETRONICS FRANCE is forecast to have a turnover of around EUR 65 million in 2006.
