21/09/2006 (Agence Europe) - Contrary to what was stated in EUROPE 9268, the Lebanese Prime Minister, Fouad Siniora, will be speaking to the European Parliament in Strasbourg on 27 September not during a plenary session but during an open session of the Conference of Presidents of political groups, at 17h30 (Ed.: plenary speeches are only foreseen for Heads of State).
