Brussels, 26/01/2006 (Agence Europe) - Addressing a European Policy Centre (EPC) Breakfast Policy Briefing in Brussels on 26 January on 'Business perspectives on European competitiveness,' the President of the European employers organisation UNICE, Ernest-Antoine Seilliere, highlighted the seriousness of the EU's constitutional crisis and called on the 15-16 June European Council to agree on measures and a timetable for improving European governance.
