Given Hamas' victory, EU is willing to cooperate with any government that pursues peaceful means to achieve its goals

Brussels, 26/01/2006 (Agence Europe) - Given the victory of Hamas during the Palestinian elections on 25 January (official results were expected during the evening of 26 January), the European institutions confirm their willingness to cooperate with any Palestinian government that is determined to pursue its political goals using peaceful means.
