Transport safety the core of Austrian Presidency priorities

Brussels, 26/01/2006 (Agence Europe) - Transport safety is the “leitmotiv” of the Austrian Presidency, the Austrian transport minister, Hubert Gorbach, said on Wednesday at the EP committee on transport. Road safety will, moreover, be the focus of the informal meeting on 2 and 3 March in Bregenz, when transport ministers will exchange views on road infrastructures and new technologies for individual cars, he explained.
