Brussels, 06/10/2005 (Agence Europe) - Gerry Adams, President of Sinn Fein (the political wing of the Irish Republican Army, IRA), thanked the EU on Wednesday during a press conference in Brussels for its support to the Northern Ireland peace process and evoked the latest developments in the reconciliation process after disarmament of the IRA (see EUROPE 9036).
