Brussels, 06/10/2005 (Agence Europe) - On 4 October, Friends of Europe, the dynamic European think-tank chaired by former European Commissioner Etienne Davignon, launched its new pan-European publication, Europe's World, which aims to become the European equivalent to the highly respected American Foreign Affairs.
