Brussels, 06/10/2005 (Agence Europe) - The European Parliament's second October plenary will be held in Brussels next week and will discuss developments in Iran (see EUROPE No.9040 on the 3 October Council meeting in Luxembourg) and Ethiopia, and the EU's strategy for Africa (one of the priorities of Jose Manuel Barroso on which the Commission will be publishing a communication on the same day).
